Process and quality audit
I read the process, the code and the data, find where it breaks and leave a written list of fixes ordered by cost.
§01 How it works
- Read
- The process as it really runs, the code and the data behind it, including systems handed over without history or tests.
- Find where it breaks
- Tests, run modes, health checks, release and backup routines, security across the development cycle.
- Leave a written list
- Fixes ordered by cost, so you can decide what to do first without me in the room.
- Closing gaps
- When it helps, I close them: backend tests, run mode, a health endpoint, a rehearsed server move with rollback.
