LLM integration into working systems
I find the real requirement, wire the model into the systems you already run (POS, booking, CRM, messengers) and keep calculations deterministic where they must be.
§01 How it works
- Find the requirement
- Start from the process and the data, not from the model: what has to happen, who decides, what must never be left to a language model.
- Wire it in
- Integrate with systems you do not own: a POS, a booking system, WhatsApp, Telegram, a CRM. Scoped keys, per-client data separation, protection against duplicate sends.
- Keep numbers deterministic
- Money, forecasts, approvals and rules are computed by code with tests. The model writes, classifies and structures; it does not decide amounts.
- Verify
- A test harness I write: server and end-to-end tests, red/blue-team reviews and security checks across the development cycle.
